Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use hypegale.com (the “site”). We have tried to keep it plain. If anything is unclear, email us.
Who we are
HypeGale is published and operated by Stackads Digital Private Limited, a company registered in India (“HypeGale”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller (in Indian terms, the data fiduciary) of the personal information described here. Contact: contactus@hypegale.com.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not require you to create an account to read HypeGale. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information. Please do not include it in your messages.
Cookies and consent
We use Google Analytics cookies only if you allow them (in the UK, EEA and Switzerland, they are off until you accept). Details, including how to change your choice, are in our Cookie Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before.
Advertising
Ads on HypeGale are clearly labelled and placed directly by us. We do not currently use third-party ad networks or sell data to advertisers. We measure clicks on sponsored placements with anonymous Google Analytics events. If we add an ad network, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required. See also our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are used in US state privacy laws. We use the following service providers (processors), who handle data only on our instructions:
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics (analytics).
- Lovable and Supabase for website hosting and our database, including stored contact messages.
- Cloudflare, Inc. for content delivery and network security.
- GoDaddy for domain registration and DNS.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business (in which case this policy would continue to apply to your data).
International transfers
We are based in India, and our providers process data in several countries, including the United States. Where personal data of people in the UK or EEA is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the providers’ participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
UK and EEA. You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. You can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk).
India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to the extent it applies, you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold and who we share it with, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, nominate someone to exercise your rights, and use our grievance process below.
United States. Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas or Virginia), you may have the right to know what we collect, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we do not discriminate against people who use their rights.
To use any right, email contactus@hypegale.com from the address you used. We may need to confirm it is you, and will reply within one month (or the period your local law sets).
Grievances
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, write to contactus@hypegale.com with the subject “Privacy grievance”. We will acknowledge it promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our database and admin area, and limit who can read contact messages. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
HypeGale is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Do Not Track
Browsers may send “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. We do not yet respond to them automatically; use the cookie banner or your browser settings instead.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. For material changes, we will tell you on the site.
